Same, I started noticing this a couple of days back. Now All I am doing is Freezing the app on mobile, using laptop to submit my WFH and stuff.

I also got the same notification. Just stopped the app background activity and made it to dont have background activity for now.
Not sure what they are gonna achieve here.
