Last night, while driving I was listening to Tamasha album and as this song started

I couldn’t help but think how perfectly this captures an introvert’s reality.

The duality of being one person inside and another outside. The person you are deep down feels different from the face you show the world. It’s not deception, just a necessary adaptation for you do to get by.

While these lines can apply universally to anyone who is masking their true self, introverts particularly might see their own story in these words.
