Introspection ; 26yo living in bangalore

I feel I’m far behind my peers, with absolute ₹0 in emergency fund or savings. This is primarily due to the reason of some fixed expenses I have to support my family back at home.

Thinking about how behind I am stresses me out terribly. How to move forward in life with this thought on my mind at all times?
