Intrest on pension fund

Hi in our pf contribution,some part goes to pension fund where we didn't get any interest when PF gives yearly,but get on employee and employer contribution.

So is there any way to get interest on this pension fund Any how our money didn't grow in pension fund if we kept as it is thorought our job career.

Or is there such thing did we get interest on pension fund after 10year somthing like that
