Interviews at odd hours

Hey folks, need some insider gyaan!

I'm currently working at a startup with a "no remote, no rest" policy — 5 days a week from the office and a micromanagement level that would make a GPS jealous.

As a result, sneaking in interviews during office hours feels like trying to rob a bank with a spoon.

So, calling out to the community:

Any companies that schedule interviews during odd hours (early mornings, late evenings) or even Saturdays?

Also, how do you get in touch with US/EU-based startups that are open to remote roles?

DMs are open. Referrals, tips, and secret handshakes / love welcome

Depends on interviewer. I take most of the interviews after my work schedule, 8-9pm worst best.
