I had 2 rounds of interviews conducted.Both technical and Managerial. Now they have scheduled HR round. Which means they have selected me? But still saying that there will be one final face to face round after the HR round.

Can somebody guide me on this. Also, please tell me how much can I quote for a senior associate consultant? Currently I have 6.5 fixed+ 1.5 variables. And having 3 years of experience.

You're progressing well, but the final round is crucial. For salary, aim for around 9 LPA, considering your experience. Discuss both fixed and variable components during negotiations.
