Interview rejection and offer

Hi Everyone, I have 7 yrs into data engineering, already given 10/12 interviews still no luck yet. Sometimes interviews are good, but not hearing back from HR.L1 interviews are getting cleared but later L2 Sometime not going good or if going good hr is not replying or reverting. If I will rate myself I am good in data engineering not a super star or expert. After interviewing with how many companies people like me get offered in the market. Please share your exp if anyone is in the same situation.
