Interview in AI / LLM world

Hello all, We can see that the specialisation or knowledge for many cases can be replaced with LLM. Should the interviews these days not cater to the changed reality?

For the recent interviews I have taken, to hire a few coworkers, I used the traditional interview template. Looking forward to any opinions on how an ideal interview in today's times should look like.
