Interview experience with Headout

Had applied for a business role, had a referral which sped up the process.

HR emailed detailed steps of what to expect next along with notion document highlighting all the culture and benefits at the org.

Quick response time for the interviews and clear TAT of 7-10 days for the entire process to close.

Transparent pay ranges and didnt ask for my previous pay ever.

Overall a wonderful experience, I didnt end up meeting the experience requirements though and was dropped off from the role :)
