Interview cracked but offer not delivered and not getting any response

I got selected in cognizant they mentioned offer will be released by last Friday till now didn’t received it and I texted, called and even sent an email to hr no response what to do now.

I would say that better you wait for one more week. Meanwhile keep contacting them. And most important if you are already working somewhere, don't resign from there until you get an offer letter. If they do not respond after one week as well, let's assume you're not selected.
