Interview Confusion

Got interview calls from Zoho and Accenture, but no call letter/email followed. Zoho had already rejected me a week earlier, which makes it confusing.Looking for similar experiences.

Normal. Recruiters usually forward the resume to the hiring manager after a call/conversation with the candidate. If the hiring manager rejects/ they find that you are in cooling off period (could be the case with zoho)/ the role closes you may never hear back from them
