Trending @Infosys; Interview cleared, now they're not responding

Hi,

I've cleared interview process of TCS, Salary discussion is done. They were calling me every day to upload the pending documents on the portal which i did same week.

But now 3 weeks passed and they are not responding on mails, calls, messages.

I don't even get the Offer letter yet.

What should i do now ? Is this happens with someone else also ?

My friend told me that they will do BGV and it takes time 🤔
