Interview cleared but on warm hold

Hello, Does anyone know about this or faced anything like this? I was interviewed for a position in accenture. After few days, when I followed up, the response was positive and they confirmed that my interview is successfully cleared. However, after few weeks when I followed them back for next steps, the response which I got is "Currently the team is reviewing your skills set and matched another requisition. They will be reaching out to you soon with the next steps." What does this mean and is it a positive sign? How long will I need to wait for their confirmation on next steps? Is it common in accenture? Also, what do I expect from these?
