Interview calls for management positions
Is seniors 18+ YOE getting interview calls for management positions, I am trying almost for 4 months dint get a single call
Same here. There are not many positions vacant in leadership level now as the market is really conservative.stay put, upskill urself and keep applying. That's the mantra as of now.

Depends where you want to take your career. Best options will be moving vertically and upskill yourself on cloud or AI based tech for longevity. Shelling out and doing a mba will not help now as almost everyone is a mba now.
I think for 15+ experienced calls are still not coming. Maybe need to wait for few months.
