Interview call from IIT Bombay for DevOps - Need insights on Pay & Role

Hi all,

I just received an interview call from IIT Bombay for a DevOps role. Has anyone here worked with them before or knows how they are in terms of pay and work culture?

I’m currently earning between 24 LPA with 4.5 YOE , so I’m wondering what kind of hike I should realistically ask for. The offer mentions it’s a project-based role, so I’m also curious — does that mean the employment is only until the project ends?

There isn’t much concrete info available online, so if anyone has prior experience or insights, I’d really appreciate your input.
