Interview @ SAP Labs

Has anyone got rejected after the Hr round at SAP Labs. Recently I completed the HR round, and when I had asked that what’s the next step in hiring process, he said he will check with the hiring manager and get back to me with the result , compensation.

Hr round was conducted on 31st October, and it lasted only for 15 mins (initially scheduled for 30 mins)

HR round for salary discussion or just the initial interview? As I am also waiting for their revert after salary discussion round? Did you get reply? Is it good news?

I got an offer. For me HR had asked me typical HR questions.

@Atomic I called HR and he said he will keep me posted as he said he has some more short listed candidates

Honestly I’m not getting do I still need to be in fear after salary discussion call?

@ADBC - How long will take after HR Round? HR informed after HR discussion that i am selected , they will get approval with in 2 weeks? What are the chances of getting offer letter?

What role you have interviewed for and how was your experience. What type of questions were asked. And finally your YOE and CTC offered . I just got a call from a Recruiter for screening.
