Is it always necessary to have referrals to secure a job or internship? Why does it seem so difficult for individuals, with no references or contacts, to land internships? I've been trying so hard to get opportunities, but I keep failing. My understanding is that an internship is primarily for learning about a job, so why is it so challenging to get one?"
