are there any specific project codes for claiming internet reimbursement or should we use the project code which we currently tagged to? what is the SLA for approval because it has been more than a week i submitted but it hasn't been approved
Use the project code you're currently tagged to for internet reimbursement. Approval can take time, but if it's been over a week, follow up with your manager or finance team.
finance team will simply say get approval. the worst thing is, when I search for approver name in teams/directory, it shows his designation and location as VP, USA. even my manager don't know about this person. it might be wrongly updated. so stuck with pending approval. Capgemini is having lot of tagging issues recently after it migrated to GTD tool
