Trending @HCL; Internet is not connecting to HCL laptop

Any one facing the same issue? Will it be issue from CISCO team? I’m currently working from Home and expecting a baby in a couple of months unable to travel office to fix this issue if we uninstall Cisco app. So guys please provide suggestion to fix
