I have been recently mapped to different manager since project changed. He is one who never replies or have conversation. I have experience in past with him. Now I have submitted Internet expense but he is not approving even after multiple reminders over mail and chat. Thinking to loop all delivery managers and drop one last email. Any suggestions what to do?

Yes I'm in billable project from joining. It's been 4yrs in infy. ORCFIN. It's not about getting reimbursement but when managers don't bother in replying from years will cause problem. In 2022 he didn't had any conversation and gave ME. My last message from Apr 24 he didn't replied yet. But without any intimation they mapped me in support project... and I still accepted.

Thats where most of the mangers not able to build trust and transparency with talents.

Are you in billable project? For every account only one DM will be there, not sure DMs can handle these petty things. Try to speak with his/her manager. May i know you are from which unit and account. I may help, if you are from my unit.

Don't worry, It will get auto approved.
