Just make sure that the bill amount is 1000 or more and put reimbursement amount as 1000rs... you'll get complete 1000rs reimbursed

You can only claim full 1000 Rs, only if your bill amount is greater than or equal to that. If you claim a larger amount, then you'll get the amount reimbursed at that point, but the excess amount will get deducted from your next salary
