I am getting an error Please enter 15 characters only when I raise internet expense. I have an Airtel connection do anybody knows about this what shall I do in this case ? Any help would be greatly appreciated

From starting to 15 digits and leave the rest out ?? Like that

Yes, where you are entering the bill number? I never faced this issue.

You can limit the numbers to 15 characters and submit. Have been submitting my airtel bill, never faced any issue
