Then in Bill no. Enter the serials of the bill having greater amount or if it is same then go for any. If you are on a project then the bill is settled immediately most of the time if it is less than or equal to 700. If more then manager approval is required still they give u 700 only. So keep it 700 or under.... If not on project then it wil take time to get settle.
