Hi All, can someone please guide if it is possible to get internal transfer from Accenture Tech (E&IT Capability) SAP Consultant to Accenture Strategy and consulting role? I am a tier 2 MBA Grad with around 2yrs exp post MBA. If yes how can that be done. TIA!

I want to move to product manager role from Software Engineer. I am Analyst position and locked in project till December 2024. Can I move before that? When I try to see open roles it doesn't let me apply due to shadow lock in project. What to do?
