I got selected for a project. They need immediate resource.My new manager had put so much pressure on me to get early release with in a week. I had lot of discussions and all with my team and somehow got released.hard lock is also done. After i joined in new team on 1st day it self my new manager had informed me project is getting ramp down.we will release you immediately. How come with in a week situation will get changed in project. Can they release me immediately after hardlock??
