Hi All, I want to change internally from my current stream SAP to the Cyber Security stream. There are no IJP's and Bridge program available. Do we have any other options to change the Stream.
Change the company. Even if you clear the IJP interview ,They are expecting you to be experienced in that domain and must have hand on experience in the interested technology.
I was trained in cyber security. But my bad luck got reskilled in the security testing in training itself. Now working on automation and manual testing. You have to get external certifications done in cyber security. Then only you can stand chance to move. I am also trying to jump to cyber security
Yes you can. There should be a hiring manager in cyber security and your current manager should be ready to release you. Tru to reach cyber security unit manager through the teams( don't mail them). Name of Managers you can get from respective DL. Make sure your manager does not know about it unless you have a manager to take you.
