Internal salary hike possible?

TCS Salary Hike Query: As a critical resource with a low package, can I request an internal salary hike?if it can possible ,What data should I prepare, and what's the best approach to negotiate with my manager or HR?

As per my experience and also seen in project.. Instead they increased the hike of critical resource they asked to resign when asked to compare offer letter with more package.. Message is clear everyone is replaceable.

Get the good package outside, and show them and try to negotiate to get atleast 80 percent of that, everything is possible with right approach.
