Currently I am working in a project which is very toxic. They are pushing me to work 15 hrs daily. Due to their wrong commitments whole team is suffering. I need guidance to switch within organization. Please help me if there’s any lead.
Even if you get a project , they wont release you better to look opportunities outside
I am trying to get a roll off and even dropped a mail for it. But nothing happened and they didn't take it seriously. I chased my manager multiple times to schedule a call and talk. But every time he said ok and didn't schedule a call
Even in my project they are giving so much work for an associate, even I am working nearly 12 hrs my manager scolds wt u r doing nothing he will say. The project leads are forcing all to work on weekends as well to complete tasks. I want to learn but not this work load for a little experienced person. 🥲
🥲even there is an opportunity, people lead and hr should agree for this. Try but doubtful. Else try to switch.
