Internal products to B2B/C products

I am a PM working on internal products in multiple verticals in my company.

I work on design, conceptualization, user interviews, adoption tracking, documentation, roadmap planning amongst other things at my firm.

I have not worked on things like A/B testing and mixpanel etc.

Is a transition to B2B etc going to be tough?

Totally depends on how you describe your work in your resume...and there's no harm in learning a little bit of the skills you are missing and pretending you know them...until unless that's gonna be your major KPI.

No not much. PM is always PM, irrespective of domain / vertical. There might be some learning curve, but will will not be difficult
