Doubt it unless your project or HR does it. Your billing to clients/ projects depends on your location

What if i asked HR for roll off and ask for project where i can location from India to Ireland ?

Depends if your project is letting you go and availability of a project in the other country. Looking at the current state of affairs in Accenture, getting a project might not be that easy especially when you might require a work visa
