Trending @Cognizant; Internal Job Switch

I have total experience in BPO healthcare of 3 years and my current ctc is 6 lpa, and now I want to switch to IT and I have completed a Data Analyst Course as well. Is it possible to switch internally for Data Analyst role in cts, because I am worried that they will consider me as fresher or experienced or it will affect my CTC if I switch. Can anyone please help me on this?
