If I am working on a project. Can I still use Internal Job Posting through MyHcl portal and shift to another role?
Or just a person on bench can apply to those internal jobs?
You will have to get released from the current project first.
But what if I get release from my current project and after that I am unable to get new role through IJP due to some reasons? I will be on bench.
It should be like first I get the new role then I get release from currect project.
I can be done only when your project mgr think that by releasing you immediately project will not impact or suffer.
No company thinks abt employee first. They consider customer and money first
As per IJP you can apply for other job posting if completed 18+ months in projects. If you are selected for project manager should release or you can connect with concern WPC and HR partner.
In the case you are not selected there will be no effect on your current project it will continue as it is.
