I applied for IJP and got selected for that project.But my manager has declined to release me.Also got approval from BU head for not releasing me.what else can i do in this case.

As per my knowledge, If you eligible IJP no one stop you as per company policy it will automatically moved to New project after 45 days (once selected new project). In IJP mail they mentioned clearly to current manager

Yes u r right. They mailed my manager for release. But the manager s refusing to release me
