What is the process like for Accenture IJP interviews?

1. How long does it take for a resource on the bench to secure a project?
2. How difficult are org interviews compared with IJP interviews?

I'm a CL12 with 3 YOE, working as a tester. I want to switch to a Power BI-based role. I already have foundational knowledge and hands-on experience from various self-directed projects.

Need suggestions on what topics to refer to and any other tips that could help.
