I have a doubt , I requested a manager for project he recommended me to his colleague and he scheduled me for an interview. Once after completing the interview i asked about the next steps he told he his not sure about the whereabouts and he mentioned that he will inform it to the management team and this is an internal round. Will they really come back? if so how many days ? will it take and will i have further rounds?
It depends on the project. Some projects require multiple interviews which can include internal rounds + client interviews. Some require only internal interviews. It usually doesn't take that long for internal rounds, they happen within a few days. You should follow up if you're curious. If they don't respond it most likely means you're not going forward.
Similarly, client interviews can take place depending on the client's schedule.
I got interviewed last Friday so I had followed up again on Monday the manager said the management team will reach out to you. So I just want to know if they would or not or does this takes actually longer so thought of asking this
