Trending @Cognizant; Internal domain change

Hi Everyone, I am currently working as a QA engineer and have almost 3 years of experience. But I feel like the work is being monotonous and there is less chance of career growth so I started preparing for Cloud Engineering and now I am looking to switch to this domain. Is there any chance of switching from QA to cloud internally within the organization?
