Trending @Infosys; Internal Certificates

I gave an assessment for an internal certification today. I passed the exam and saw my score. But I did not get any confirmation email and it's not appearing in my completed certificates as well.

Will it take time to get confirmation? Please advice? I passed and don't want to give the exam again
