Internal business group movement

Hi All, I just want to know from you all that what is the best way to move from 1 business group to another. The opportunity I am getting in another BG is fulfilling my aspirations and I am confident that I will groom myself to an extent where TCS will be benefitted. I don't know how will it be possible.
