Intern to Full Time conversion for SDE role @ Tata 1mg

Hii all.... Recently I got a 6 month sde internship at tata 1mg with performance based PPO offer, If I perform well, what's the PPO conversion at Tata 1mg?

Can someone give me tips as well for converting my 6 month inter to full time SDE.
