My wife is getting Work permit from her company. I will be moving with her, is there a policy in Accenture for company transfer in Canada? I’m currently in European market.
It's not possible as far I know. One of the colleagues tried but resigned. She however joined back in Canada.
But try this if it works:

Remote work: Check if you can work out of Canada while you're still in this project. Check for security and data restrictions etc.

Create a new role for the project in Canada - highly unlikely as billing rates are different but if you are a mission critical resource they can take an exception.
I don't believe there is any Accenture office in Canada. One of my colleagues shifted to Canada last year and checked with the ADs and HR is there were any roles in Canada but they said there aren't. Finally she resigned from Accenture.
Check with your HR and apply for the Employees Internal Transfer portal for the applicable role (challenge is this)
