Intel or Stay back in HCL

I’ve got an offer from Intel. Because there’s lot of dependencies my RM is asking me to stay back and they will match the offer from Intel. Its basically more than 60% than what I’m getting now. What should I do ? Asking this because Intel is not doing well right now. Else this was a no brainer.
