Trending @HCL; Intel or stay back in HCL
I've got an offer from Intel. Because there's lot of dependencies my RM is asking me to stay back and they will match the offer from Intel. Its basically more than 60% than what I'm getting now. What should I do ? Asking this because the Intel is not doing well right now. Else this is a no brainer.

Until unless you have an onsite opportunity in HCL don’t stay back. Now they will match your salary but you will be loaded with additional responsibilities means it will be extra loads to your name.
Secondly, Intel is a product so it’s always better to work in product than in a service based company.
My take is pls take the offer in Intel.
Thank you. I just have this dilemma because intel is not doing well right now and people were laid off recently.
Even in Microsoft , Amazon , google Deloitte everywhere lay off happening.
Until unless you are skilled and upgraded they will not touch you.
