Integrity

Happen to meet one of my client yesterday and a top management person in Pune was asked to quit for lacking integrity. It appears she was working from her own office instead of the organisation she was employed by and when questioned by her manager, she apparently cited harassment and interference in her work and arrogantly wrote an email hiding the mistake she has done instead of being apologetic. In spite of the organisation being supportive of diversity candidates, her audacity is matchless. Certainly, she is dangerous to any organisation whichever hires her.
