The automatic dept of any tech or network company for say JIO as they have to monitor all sorts of data network devices servers and the whole eco system Is it possible to integrate AI/Ml models or any sort of same which will enhance the whole operations or is this question of am ml a foolish question.

To be blunt, it is a foolish question;
I’ll keep it simple - If there is a person who is learning from data, then you can implement that there.
If not, just stick if “if else” statements
