I did blood and urine check and also sonography,so can I claim this bills via tcs insurance??

No unless they were advised by doctor to diagnose your illness.

If you get those done by yourself without doctor prescription they comes under preventive health checkup not reimbursed by insurance .

But you can claim those for tax purpose under investment - preventive health checkup
