Trending @Wipro; Insubordination

Hello Guys,

I was in a Project in Bangalore for 7 months after release they are again sending me to banglore but due to personal medical commitments I'm unwilling to relocate. I told them my problem clearly and also shared the medical documents. But they rejected it and now are initiating insubordination complaint against me. What should I do?
