Trending @Infosys; Installing MySQL or oracle in Infosys

I've given a task to do in Infosys. For that I need to install my sql or oracle in my local to test whether my code is properly connecting to the database and retrieving data correctly or not.

But I'm not able to open MySQL server from company portal. The error message says the donation isn't installed.

Tried solutions from chat gpt and Google. Nothing works. Can anyone help
