Instagram id bad for emotions

I don't use insta but I keep seeing people sharing links of insta on WhatsApp to me as if telling see this is what I think. And if your depressed it just keep popping all the thoughts on you mind. You sharing and like nuts reinforces the viral death loop. No wonder zuck rules a generation. I am sure he will not allow his kids to ever touch insta.
