Insights on Deloitte USI for ACCA Professionals

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working at EY GDS as an Audit Associate and will complete 1 year in a few months. I’m pursuing ACCA and have already cleared my skill level exams. I’m considering a switch to Deloitte USI but have a few questions:

1. Does Deloitte USI value ACCA qualifications? Do they provide opportunities and support for ACCA professionals to grow within the firm?

2. Are there chances to explore international opportunities or relocate abroad while working at Deloitte USI?

3. Is it advisable to switch firms after just 1 year at EY GDS, or should I wait longer to gain more experience?
