Creating awareness, not havoc. Helping/preparing those in need.
12k under fluidity. ♾️ under deployment policy.
Just make sure you don't get PIP or D for this FY appraisal in March. And two back-to-back Cs.
Why? People have taken advantage of TCS policy like anything; some of them are already out. HRs are identifying who got allocated after taking unprecedented advantage. I personally know people who completed their MBAs while being on the bench, taking full salary for 2 years. Now, others are paying for those freeloaders. Also, business is going down.
Humane TIP: comply with RTO, hours policy & dress code. Those maybe next if business stays down after this storm.
I'll try to answer questions in comments (if any). No DM, please.
What do u mean by unprecedented advantage? Understood MBA thing, but that is not very common one. What else u know common/very common advantage ppl took?

Too much benching: I "want" that, not what the company requires. Aspirations? Ok Stubbornness? Not Ok
Ass-licking for promotion, while deserving fellows got stuck & eventually switched, resulting in loss of talent.
Numerous more, but I hope you got the point.

Apart from MBA people were also preparing for government exams declining project calls and those who were not doing anything they were just enjoying doing gym playing cricket table tennis all day
